House Rules Please follow these guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay: • NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises. • Do NOT make copies of the keys. • Absolutely NO PARTIES under any circumstances. • Do NOT remove smoke detectors. • The property must not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed on your reservation. • Abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and avoid illegal activities. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. • Pets are NOT permitted unless specifically noted in your reservation. No damage to walls or furniture is tolerated. • No commercial photography or filming is allowed. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Charcoal grills are not allowed. • Renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required to rent the property). Guests under this age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • If anything breaks, message us right away. • If anything spills and you’re unable to clean it up properly, please contact us immediately. Shorewalk Palms Condominium Association Rules Recreational facilities are shared and should be used respectfully: Reservation Limits: 1-2 People: 60 minutes 3 or More People: 90 minutes No individual can use the same facility for more than 90 minutes in a day, even under another person’s reservation. Tenants have the right to use recreational facilities, while owners may use them as guests unless waived by the tenant in writing. Reservations are first come, first served. Must be made in person at the Clubhouse front desk the day before. Sign-up sheets are located in the Clubhouse, and you can sign up for activities the same day or the next day.
